I'm new to it, this is the first coffee machine of any type I've ever had, only ever drunk that jar-crap in the past. This morning I pulled the best shot off it so far (about my 10th shot now I think).. with some Mago Blue Mountain bean.. (still probably not totally fresh bean) I've got a 4-pack sample coming from a roaster over east which will be less than a week old from roast, can't wait! I'm pretty sure I've got my dose correct, just have to work on the grind now! It's amazing how the littlest changes in your routine can change the extraction. Home roasting would be awesome, but the cost to setup is high, maybe when I become even more snobby! haha. What do you pull shot's on? Are you serious? haha..
