Yesterday I went on a fair size ride on the PX200, about 200km round trip, it was nice, but it made me realise a couple of things. the PX200 is not a comfortable scooter to do any kind of long distance touring on, my open face helmet sucks for wind noise and bag splatter.
It was fun, and the weather was magic!
I passed my R-E (250cc bike) license and now have my new Vespa PX200 at home.
Coming soon, chrome racks front and rear, as well as personalised number plates!

They’ve stopped making them, they are starting to become harder to find, before long you just will not be able to get a new one at all.
I had to have one. 200cc, 2-stroke, 4-speed manual shift, stunning and elegant 30 year old design. mmm
I put down a deposit for my Black Vespa PX200 yesterday after riding one. oh yeah! Now I just need to get my licence, and sell my Vespa LX50. If your after a 50′, let me know, going for $3750, in mint condition.

I took the van up to the scooter shop on Saturday to pick up my new Vespa LX50. I could have ridden it home but it would have taken a while! Van was easier.
I’ve already named it… “The Wasp”. I took it for a cruise with some other scooter owners on Sunday and clocked up almost 100km’s on it! It will be good to really run it in and loosen it up a bit! It’s so much fun to ride! I love it.

Well last night Melissa and I drove up to Ace Scooters in Joondalup to test ride and check out some scooters. A couple of hours later I’d signed to purchase a new, black, Vespa LX50. What a lovely ride! I also picked up a new helmet, cable lock and jacket!
I should be taking delivery this week (Saturday I think). I’ll post more soon! fun time!
